REAL WORLD TESTING
Mountain Pro has undergone two years of rigorous testing, surviving an avalanche on Co-Founder Staz's record breaking Everest summit and enduring the scuffs and scrapes of the Italian Dolomites with former Italian SF Operator Luca Fois.
Mission: Everest
Co-Founder Staz wore Mountain Pro test samples to complete a UK to Everest summit and back in a fastest known time of just 6 and a half days. Durable enough to cope with the attrition of scaling the world's highest peak, Staz was wearing the Mountain Pro Insulated Jacket when the team was hit by an avalanche in the Khumbu icefall.
86 Dolomites
Luca Fois has been wearing Mountain Pro test samples for over 18 months whilst training for his record attempt at linking all 86 peaks over 3,000 metres in the Dolomites in a single continuous effort. A different challenge entirely to the speed ascent of Everest, "86 Dolomites" has helped demonstrate and affirm the durability and versatility of the Mountain Pro range over a longer period of time.
