Former Royal Marines Commando turned adventurer
Aldo Kane
Aldo Kane joined the Royal Marines at the age of 16 before passing one of the toughest military courses on the planet, qualifying as a sniper and reconnaissance specialist. It was here in the Royal Marines that Aldo honed his leadership and survival skills over the course of a 10 year career.
After leaving the military, Aldo turned his passion for adventure into the world of exploration and television, establishing himself as a trusted safety and technical expert for high risk productions. His work has taken him to some of the most extreme remote and hostile locations on the planet. Aldo has worked on active volcanoes, in dense jungles, in war zones, the summit of Mount Everest and the sea floor. Several of his expeditions have been true world firsts.
Aldo has worked alongside top filmmakers including James Cameron and Darren Aronofsky and has also worked on high profile projects for the BBC, National Geographic, Disney, Netflix and Apple TV.
